ygm1 Terms & Conditions and Policies

By using the ygm1 platform, you are considered to have read and accepted these terms and conditions. Players are required to read and understand the rules set out on this page carefully.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all players who use ygm1's website, services, and platform. By registering an account or accessing the platform, you confirm that you fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not continue to use the platform.

Account Registration and Verification

To use services at ygm1, players must open a personal account and fill in accurate personal information at the time of registration.

  • Each player may only open one account at a time. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • Your name, date of birth and contact details must be accurate. ygm1 is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information submitted.
  • A player's identity verification (KYC) may be required during priority processing periods for deposit and withdrawal transactions.
  • A phone number or email address registered on the ygen platform can only be linked to one account.

Account Suspension and Closure

  • ygm1 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in cases of rule violations or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • A player may contact customer service to close their account at their own request.
  • Any remaining balance in a suspended or closed account can be withdrawn through the designated method, returned to the player's original deposit channel.

Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

At ygm1, Myanmar players can deposit using popular payment methods. The following deposit and withdrawal requirements must be followed precisely.

Deposit Requirements

  • Deposits must be made only from a payment method owned by the player. Third-party deposits are not allowed.
  • Once a deposit is confirmed, the amount will be credited to the player's account immediately.

  • To complete a deposit successfully, players must enter the correct account number or phone number. ygm1 is not responsible for any errors made.

Withdrawal Requirements

  • Withdrawals may be restricted to the same payment method the player used to deposit.
  • To withdraw a balance that includes bonus funds, the required wagering amount must be met.
  • ygm1 will only process withdrawal requests once KYC verification is complete.
  • A processing time of 5 to 30 minutes is standard for withdrawals. Delays may occur due to bank server or payment network issues.
  • ygm1 reserves the right to reject any withdrawal request that does not meet the requirements.

Welcome Bonus and Promotion Terms

ygm1's welcome bonus gives a 100% match on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. The following requirements must be met to receive the bonus.

Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 20,000 Ks → Total 40,000 Ks → Wagering required: 20,000 × 20 = 400,000 Ks

Example 2 — Deposit 620,000 Ks → Bonus 300,000 Ks → Total 920,000 Ks → Wagering required: 300,000 × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks

Bonus Conditions

  • To withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount must be met.
  • The welcome bonus is available once per player only. It does not apply to subsequent deposits.
  • Bonus offers are subject to change and ygm1 may stop a bonus without prior notice.
  • Bonuses are non-refundable and cannot be converted to a payment method.
  • If a withdrawal is made after claiming a bonus, any remaining bonus balance and winnings generated from the bonus will be forfeited.

VIP Player Rewards

ygm1 has three VIP tiers — Bronze (up to 0.3% cashback per week), Silver (up to 0.5% cashback per week), and Gold (up to 0.8% cashback per week). Players can move up VIP tiers based on their play frequency and target completion. Detailed terms for VIP rewards and cashback are subject to change.

Gaming Code of Conduct and Prohibited Actions

ygm1 always puts fair play first. Players must strictly avoid the following actions.

  • Bonus abuse — intentionally exploiting bonuses — is prohibited.
  • Depositing with stolen funds is strictly prohibited.
  • Accessing the platform's software or data through hacking, scraping, or crawling is not allowed.
  • Depositing or withdrawing for money laundering purposes can result in serious legal action.
  • Multi-accounting — attempting to own more than one account — is prohibited.
  • Using a bot or automated tool to manipulate ygm1 software or game results is not allowed.

Consequences of Rule Violations

If any of the above prohibitions are found to have been violated, ygm1 reserves the right to immediately close the relevant player's account without prior notice and may determine that any remaining balance is forfeited. Such decisions are made at ygm1's sole discretion and are final.

Protective Limits and Self-Exclusion

Because ygm1 puts responsible gaming first, we provide players with protection tools. You can contact customer support to pause your gaming for various periods or to self-exclude your account. This service is available 24/7 in Burmese.

Limitation of Liability

Things You Should Know About the Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 21 years old to play at ygm1. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to use any of our services. If a player provides a false age at registration and accesses the platform, ygm1 reserves the right to close that player's account and withhold any remaining balance.

To withdraw winnings from the welcome bonus, you must meet a 20x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. For example — if you receive a bonus of 20,000 Ks, you must wager 400,000 Ks before you can withdraw winnings from that bonus.
